_______ The Byrdine F. Lewis College of Nursing and Health Professions uses a self-managed application for admission to its undergraduate professional programs. This means it is your responsibility to prepare or collect all forms and application then submit them at one time on-line to the office of Academic Assistance.
Please refer to our website at http://snhp.gsu.edu for a complete list of prerequisites with forms before beginning the application process. Application material must be submitted together in one submission. No recommendation letters are required for this program.
______ Your Clinical Health Informatics application will not be considered for admission until you have been accepted by Georgia State University as a degree-seeking undergraduate student. If you have applied to Georgia State as a post-baccalaureate or graduate student, you must contact the Office of Admission to change your status to degree-seeking undergraduate.
Do not submit an incomplete admission application. Incomplete applications will not be considered for admission.
You cannot retrieve to add or change admission application after selecting the submission button. Only one application may be submitted for consideration during the admission cycle.
